Marine Invertebrate Identification

KML has research microscopes, sorting and curating equipment, voucher collections, and a 10,000 reference library dedicated to the identification of marine invertebrates in the NE Pacific. Most free-living groups can be handled [excludes e.g., nematodes, harpacticoids, acarines] with porifera and ophiuroids being specialties.
 

Supplementary services include:

  • limited identification from photos/videos

  • providing voucher collections
